DEMO 2006 Conference to Feature John Patrick’s FutureScan; New Program Looks Ahead to the Sciences Driving Tomorrow’s Innovation

John Patrick is president of consulting firm Attitude LLC and former vice president of Internet technology at IBM, where he worked for thirty-eight years. Mr. Patrick helped start IBM's leasing business at IBM Credit Corporation, and was senior marketing executive for the launch of the ThinkPad brand. In the early 90s, Mr. Patrick identified the nascent Internet as a significant business opportunity and became the architect of IBM's global Internet strategy, dedicating his time to fostering Internet technologies.
