DEMO Hits the Road In Search of Most Innovative Products for DEMOfall 08; Applications Open for Meetings with Chris Shipley During Six City Tour

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA – April 29, 2008 – The DEMO conferences, known for launching the technology industry's most impressive products and services, announced today the beginning of the DEMO Roadshow, a six city tour in search of the next generation of leading technology products. On the tour Chris Shipley will cross the country hosting meetings with the most promising companies and innovative products in order to select demonstrators for DEMOfall 08 on September 7 – 9 in San Diego, CA. Along with these meetings, DEMO will also be hosting a series of cocktail parties in Austin, Boston and Seattle, bringing together the best and brightest of tech veterans, entrepreneurs and DEMO alumni. Private meetings will be held to evaluate potential demonstrators for the upcoming DEMOfall 08 conference. Meetings will be held in the following six cities:

— Seattle – Thursday, May 1st

— Boston – Tuesday, May 6th

— Providence – Wednesday, May 7th

— New York City – Thursday, May 8th

— Denver – Monday, May 12th

— Austin – Tuesday, May 13th

To request a meeting, companies can complete the Demonstrator application. Once applications have been assessed, meeting times and locations will be distributed to the most innovative, compelling startups.

Additionally, during three of the scheduled stops, DEMO will be hosting drinks and conversations with DEMO veterans and newcomers. Technology industry leaders and executives are invited to attend and experience the networking power and intelligent conversation surrounding the DEMO community. The cocktail gatherings will be held in conjunction with the stops in the following cities:

This tour marks just the beginning of DEMO's search for the world's most innovative startups.
