Liscouski is also a member of the Director of Central Intelligence Advanced Technology Panel, which provides expert advice, consultation and analysis to the Director of Central Intelligence and senior leaders in the Intelligence Community.
As general manager of Tivoli software at IBM, LeBlanc is responsible for the strategic direction and ongoing operations for the Tivoli software brand, which focuses on performance and availability, configuration and operations, security and storage solutions for the enterprise and global mid-sized market.
"Mr. Liscouski and Mr. LeBlanc hail from organizations on the leading edge of the integration of IT, physical and business security," said Darrell Baker, vice president of event services, IDG World Expo.
