Designed to provide IT and business executives with fresh perspectives on how technology can be used to transform business models and processes, the IDC IT Forum & Expo will combine industry-focused content tracks and case studies of successful technology implementations with in-depth workshops on cross-industry topics. In addition, the Forum will feature keynote speeches from industry thought leaders, including Jim Collins, best-selling author of Built to Last and Good to Great, and IDC's Chief Research Officer John Gantz.
