IDC Brings Successful Business Process Outsourcing Conference to San Francisco
FRAMINGHAM, MA -NOVEMBER. 3, 2004 – With 96% of IDC's 2004 Outsourcing Forum attendees rating the conference as good or excellent, IDC today announced plans to hold a second Outsourcing Forum on the West Coast scheduled for early 2005 in San Francisco.
The IDC Outsourcing Forum West: Moving From Efficiency to Competitive Advantage Through BPO is designed to help senior executives answer key questions about business process outsourcing by evaluating the potential that BPO can deliver not only to their bottom line, but in gaining market share and competitive advantage. This two-day conference will be held on January 24-25, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency in the Embarcadero Center in downtown San Francisco.
Featuring end user case studies that provide real-world perspective, IDC analysts and industry experts, attendees will explore specific functional segments of BPO (including human resources, finance and accounting, procurement, and customer care) as well as more "macro" BPO issues, such as strategic partnerships, change management strategies, metrics, and global sourcing.
