IDG Presents First-Ever ASPWorld-Class Awards to be Presented at ASPWorld Conference & Expo

FRAMINGHAM, MA – SEPTEMBER 29, 2000 – In an effort to recognize the most innovative advances in application hosting, IDG World Expo today announced the establishment of the ASPWorld-Class Awards to be presented at the inaugural ASPWorld Conference & Expo, which will take place Oct. 3-6 at the San Jose Convention Center.

The program, sponsored by Network World, is open only to ASPWorld Conference & Expo exhibitors.

The ASPWorld-Class Awards will be presented at the ASPWorld Conference & Expo VIP Reception on Oct. 5 in the Almaden Ballroom at the Hilton Hotel in San Jose, CA. Five categories of awards have been established including Best of Show, Best Enterprise Service, Best Vertical Market Service, Best General Purpose Tool and Best Small Business Service.

Judges will be reviewing submissions for innovation and merit. The five-member panel of judges consists of a prominent member of the Network World editorial staff and members of the ASPWorld Conference & Expo advisory panel including:
