IDG World Expo Appoints Industry Veteran Rich Feeley as Vice President of Operations

FRAMINGHAM, MA – OCTOBER 16, 2006 – IDG World Expo, the leading producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for IT markets, today announced the appointment of Rich Feeley as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Feeley will oversee logistical aspects including operations, registration and housing, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, facilities, exhibitors and sponsors, for IDG World Expo tradeshows.

Feeley brings a diverse range of skills and nearly 20 years of experience in the operation of large trade shows, conferences, incentive travel and building management to IDG World Expo. Most recently, Feeley served as Director of Building Services for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, which includes the new Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the Hynes Convention Center. Feeley has also served as Director of Operations for major tradeshows such as COMDEX, Networld + Interop and Java One, and has played key roles on several high-profile projects including the 1996 Summer Olympics, the 1994 and 2004 Super Bowls, the World War II Memorial Dedication in Washington D.C., and former President William Jefferson Clinton's Keynote address at COMDEX 2000.

Feeley began his career in the meeting and incentives business where he developed and managed programs and sales meetings for companies including IBM and CA.
