IDG’s CXO Media Appoints James Alla To Vice President Of Integrated Media & Online Sales
FRAMINGHAM, MA – OCTOBER 31, 2005 – IDG’s CXO Media Inc., publisher of CIO, CSO and CMO magazines, announces the appointment of James Alla to a newly created position, Vice President of Integrated Media & Online Sales. Alla, a media industry veteran, will lead the online sales team and work closely with CXO Media’s web, marketing and custom media teams to build and deliver customized and integrated programs to information technology (IT) marketers.

Alla brings more than 16 years of technology sales leadership experience to his role at CXO Media. Most recently, he served at Senior Vice President of Sales at Dotomi, where he built strategic relationships with online publishers to create customized online programs. Prior to that, Alla was Senior Vice President of Technology Sales at 24/7 Real Media, where he managed and led the online technology sales and client services teams. He also held executive sales posts at Newmediary, Engage and PCWeek.
