IDG’s InfoWorld Announces InfoWorld’s Top Tech Startups of 2008
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – May 19, 2008 – InfoWorld today announced InfoWorld's Top Tech Startups for 2008.
A panel of InfoWorld editors selected 10 companies (out of more than 100 nominees) on the basis of three criteria: the development of truly new technologies, innovative approaches within existing technology areas, and the application of technologies in new ways to solve different problems. Nominees had to have been founded no earlier than 2005.
This is the third year that InfoWorld has published its list of Top Tech Startups. IDG's InfoWorld is the leading integrated media brand for IT decision makers.
