Macworld magazine and Macworld Online are geared to users of the Macintosh computer with an emphasis on techniques and problem solving. Features include detailed examination of the Mac platform, including products and trends; new hardware and software evaluations; discussion of market trends; and highlights of general industry news. Macworld is distributed monthly to a guaranteed rate base of 510,000. Macworld Online, along with, logs more than 100,000 unique visitors per day.

Macworld magazine has filled out its post-joint venture editorial team with several new appointments, including new Editor Michael Penwarden (formerly with Equip magazine), Senior Associate Editor Allyson Bates (formerly with ComputerLife and PC World), Associate Editor Laura Lindhe (formerly with PC/Computing and PC Magazine), and Associate Lab Director Kristina DeNike (formerly with PC Magazine).

Macworld Online and log nearly 100,000 unique visitors per day, with more than 500,000 page views per month, making the super site one of the top three generators of traffic through ZDNET.
