Macworld Named Finalist for Five Maggie Awards
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – MARCH 18, 2002 – Macworld, the premier Macintosh publication, has received nominations for five Maggie awards, presented annually by the Western Publications Association (WPA.) The nominations in the consumer category are: Best Computer Magazine; Best Series of Articles; Best How-to Article; Best Regularly Featured Department, Section or Column; and Best Single Editorial Photograph.
"Every month, Macworld¹s dedicated editorial and design teams consistently produce an excellent magazine," stated Rick LePage, editor-in-chief of Macworld. "I am very pleased that their efforts are being celebrated."
Maggie winners will be announced at a ceremony in Los Angeles on April 26th.
