Mick Heys Rejoins IDC as Associate Vice President, European Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions, for the ICT Vendor and End-User Community
London, April 24, 2014 — IDC is delighted to announce that Mick Heys has rejoined IDC as Associate Vice President, European Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions (IPDS). In this role, Heys will deliver key insights and intelligence on the evolving IPDS landscape and will support IDC's customer engagements and drive the research and consulting agenda. Specifically, he will look at workflow, BPO, ECM, and 3D printing and scanning with a major impact on industry supply chains. Additionally, he and his team will look at the battle around the transition from paper to digital, mobility first and cloud service delivery and the opportunities that this presents when moving to the 3rd Platform.

Since 2001, Heys has worked in sales and marketing leadership positions for a number of solution providers to the imaging and printing industries including Nuance Communications, Global Graphics and Software Imaging.
