Network World’s ‘Customer Access Group’ Focuses On Lead Generation, Analysis and Optimization

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA – SEPTEMBER 23, 2002 – Network World, the Leader in Network Knowledge, today announced the formation of the Customer Access Group, a new team dedicated to meeting the lead generation, analysis and optimization demands of today's high-tech marketing organizations. As general manager of the Customer Access Group, Davis will lead sales and customer consultation efforts, working with Shaun Budka who was named director of Customer Access programs. Budka will lead a sales team that includes Kate Zinn, Customer Access sales manager for the East Coast, and Kim Gaffrey, West Coast sales manager for Customer Access, working closely with the Network World's seasoned print, online and events sales teams. Doucette, as VP of the Customer Access Group, will oversee operations and analysis, working with Hillary Freeley, director of online development, to implement, track, enhance and report on custom programs for customers. This dedicated team brings over 50 years of publishing experience and knowledge that vendors can tap into to tailor unique and highly effective programs to maximize their marketing ROI.

Customer Access Management (CAM), the flagship product of the Customer Access Group, provides unique, powerful analytical and optimization capabilities.
