"We're extremely pleased with the results of this inaugural LinuxWorld in Boston," said Warwick Davies, group vice president at IDG World Expo. "The exhibit hall floor was packed with exhibitors and attendees, media coverage of the event was tremendous and the conference program was very well attended. Additionally, the exhibitors were thrilled by the quality of the audience this year in Boston."
Hundreds of new products were introduced at the event by companies such as IBM, Novell, HP, Red Hat, Oracle, Computer Associates, MySQL, CA, Sun and many others.
